10 Food for Men that could Boost their Health And to Make their Wife Happy!

  


   Men and women are different in a lot of ways including their nutritional needs. Such as women needs a particular nutrients during her pregnancy or for protection from breast cancer. While men needs nutrients that could boost their health, prevent prostate cancer, and help to maintain their muscles, et cetera.

     A healthy diet and a regular physical activity can help in preventing a lot of diseases such as heart disease and cancer, which is the no.1 and no.2 killer diseases for men whose over 35 years of age. And eating healthy food can enhance performance, from sports, to the workplace, or even to the bedroom.

     According to Christine Gerbstadt, MD, RD, whose a Florida-based Physician and the spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association, any food that is good for our cardiovascular system is also good for erectile function in men. Gerbstadt even quoted that:

"Nutrients that are good for the heart improve circulation to all parts of the body, and these same nutrients provide a layer of protection against cancer and other chronic diseases." 

"It is not about one single food or even a handful of foods. What is more important is the pattern of regularly consuming a diet rich in a variety of essential nutrients," says Joy Bauer, MS, RD, author of Joy Bauer's Food Curesand Today Show nutrition expert.

1. Oysters
     Oysters delivers a full day supply of the antioxidant mineral called Zinc. Zinc is involved in hundreds of Body Processes which includes producing DNA's and also Zinc helps in repairing Cells.

     Zinc protects our body against cellular damage that may lead to prostate cancer, and it can also enhance the sexual functioning of the male reproductive system.

2. Bananas

     Bananas are great source of quick energy and it is an excellent source of Potassium, which is needed to regulate the nerves, the heartbeat, and also the blood pressure.

     Bananas can also aid our immunity system to help form red blood cells and assist in protein metabolism. It can also reduce the risk of stroke.




3. Fatty Fish

     Fatty Fish such as salmon, sardines, tuna, and mackerel are the richest source of omega-3 fatty acids that is a good source of Vitamin D that can prevent us from cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure and bone diseases.

     Fatty Fish can benefit the heart and the blood circulation and it is recommended to at least eat Fatty Fish 2 times a week.

     It is strongly advised to eat 5 servings a week, if in case you don't like broccoli, try cabbage, bok choy, cauliflower or Brussels sprouts.

     Brazil nuts from Brazil are rich with Magnesium and Selenium, which are powerful antioxidants that can help prevent heart disease and cancer, and also protect men's prostate health.

     Selenium also helps in lowering bad cholesterol and reduces the incidence of blood clots and heart disease.



6. Whole Grains
