Work Out to Lose Weight According to Your Body Shape! Must Watch!

   
In order to lose weight, you need to do a lot of workouts and exercise. You can play sports, such as Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Tennis, or even Soccer. Or just go Running, Brisk Walking, Attending Gym Sessions, Yoga, and even Dancing Zumba. But did you know that you need to check out first your body type in order to know what your workout you should be doing?

     By knowing which body type that you have before working out, it will help you maximize and will let you achieve the dream body that you've been aiming for your body and for yourself. There are a total of Four (4) Body Types and we'll explain it you, one-by-one.

>APPLE-SHAPED BODY

     To start off, let's talk about the "Apple-Shaped Body". An Apple-Shaped Body has a top heavy body, meaning you have a wide torso, has a broad shoulders, a full bust-waist and upper back. Women who have an Apple-shape body tends to have thinner arms, legs, and hips, and they normally tend to gain weight on their waistlines.

What to Eat when you have an Apple-Shaped Body:
     There should be quinoa, rice, or oatmeal, with fish, beans, peas, nuts, and organic cheese. Half of your plate should have fruits and vegetables. These food are filled with protein and will help you on your workout sessions.

How to Exercise when you have an Apple-Shaped Body:
     A mix of Brisk Walking and Jogging with Weight Training and Yoga is very appropriate to this body type.

>PEAR-SHAPED BODY

     Second is "Pear-Shaped Body". A Pear-Shaped Body has a narrow shoulders and wide hips. In this body type, they have a round and sloping shoulders, the buttocks and thighs are full and also round.Women who have this body shape tend to gain a lot of weight on their thighs.

What to Eat when you have a Pear-Shaped Body:
     In this body type, it stores fats very fast, that is why you need to eat food that is an excellent source of protein. In this diet, you should always include food like Fruits and Vegetables. You also need some source of Energy such as Beans, Grains, and Lentils.

How to Exercise when you have a Pear-Shaped Body:
     In this body type, you need to focus on your lower body half, so you should do a lot of cardio workouts. You can also do Biking and Running. To maintain your strength, don't forget to also train your upper body.

>HOURGLASS-SHAPED BODY

     For the third body type which is "Hourglass-Shaped Body", the hips and shoulders have the same width, and the waistline for this body type is a lot smaller. This body type normally have a round and sloping shoulders and a well-defined waistline. Your buttocks are rather round, this type of body normally gains weight around the hips and above the waist.

What to Eat when you have a Hourglass-Shaped Body:
     When you have this type of body your main dish should be vegetables and fruits. Quinoa is one of the best whole grains that you can eat. Also avoid foods such as high-fat meat, processed foods, caffeine, and sugar as these will make it hard for you to lose weight.

How to Exercise when you have a Hourglass-Shaped Body:
     With this body type, you need to focus on the parts in which your fats are building up, such as your hips and above your waist. It is also recommended to do a full body workout.

>RECTANGLE/STRAIGHT-SHAPED BODY

     For the last body type which is "Rectangle/Straight-Shaped Body" the hips, waistline and shoulders have the same width. In this type of body, you gain weight evenly, but will gain some through the upper back or on your neck. With this type of body, they have rather straight shoulders and flat buttocks. These type of people have an athletic build with a small bust line.

What to Eat when you have a Rectangle/Straight-Shaped Body:
     With this type of body, you need to eat food that is rich with fats such as avocados, fish, and nuts. Don't forget to also eat vegetables and fruits to stay healthy.

How to Exercise when you have a Rectangle/Straight-Shaped Body:
     You need to do workouts that will help you develop your muscle in your body. It is important to have weight training and keep an extra weight off in the middle part of your body.
