1. Breakfast

     - 2 hard-boiled eggs
     - 1 plate of cucumber salad

2. Snack

     - 5 plums or 1 big fresh apple or 1 peach (about 7 oz.)

3. Lunch

     - 1 piece of toasted wheat bread with a bowl of cucumber salad

          Ingredients for cucumber salad:

               - 14 oz. of cucumber
               - 1 cup of sour milk or yogurt (your choice)
               - salt
               - and fresh onion
          Procedure:

               Peel and cut the cucumber to little pieces. Put the salt and blend it well till the salt is completely dissolved. Put the sour milk or yogurt and blend it gently. Add the onion and enjoy.

4. Snacks

     - Cucumber shake

          Ingredients for cucumber shake:

               - 1 fresh cucumber
               - 1 apple
               - a handful of well washed spinach.

          Procedure:

               Put all the ingredients in the blender and add some fresh ginger and mix it well. Then put it in a glass and drink it while it is fresh since if you leave it for later, it will lose its healing properties.

5. Dinner

     - Fruit of your choice (for about 10 oz.)

      You can lose a large amount of weight depends how physically active you are during the diet. The cucumber salad is the basic part of this diet and you can eat it whenever you are feeling hungry, This homemade salad will provide you with plenty of vital nutrients, so there is no need of worrying about the quantity of nutrients ingested during your diet routines.
