Simple Solution For the Numbness In Your Fingers or Pain In Your Wrist!

     Everyone has or probably had a minor problem with their finger, their hand, or their wrist. Most of the time our body movements doesn't really cause problems, but it's not that surprising that symptoms such as a bit of numbness can occur from the overuse of the body part that they've been using all over again.

     For example the finger, the hand, or the wrist is normally used for writing or drawing or even painting, and when a person does write a lot or use their hands a lot, it could make their hands overused  and numb for a bit. Problems such as injuries can occur too, or sometimes, especially for those with age, is like a natural process of aging.

These are some natural remedies that can help you to solve your problems when it comes to numbness in your hands or wrists pains!

1. Ice

     Put ice in a clean thin towel and apply it onto your wrists. Keep it steady for 10 minutes and repeat it on every hour until the pain disappear. By doing this method, it can reduce the pain and inflammation.

2. Heat
     A source of heat might work also. Get a lukewarm water (make sure that you can endure the heat) and soak your hands and wrists onto it for approximately 12 to 15 minutes before you go to sleep. This tip can help you to not wake up from the suffering pain in the middle of the night.

3. Walnuts

     It contains a lot of omega 3 fatty acids which can reduce the inflammation. If you have CTS symptoms, eat a handful of walnuts every day which is added in salads or maybe try to partner it with yogurt.

4. Potatoes

     Vitamin B6 is in more than 100 enzyme reactions and some of them are also related to relieve CTS symptoms. You can also try eating other fruits, fish and poultry products.

5. Pineapple

     It contains a very powerful enzyme which is known as bromelain. It can break down the inflammatory proteins and lower the pain that you've experiencing from CTS.

6. Whole grains

     Green veggies, legumes and whole grain contains magnesium so eat lots of foods with magnesium or take some magnesium supplement.

7. Flax-seed oil

     Flax-seed oil contains a lot of omega 3 fatty acids like walnuts, tt can reduce the inflammation. Drink one tablespoon of flax-seed oil mixed in with your morning drink.
