     Diabetes is a metabolic disease in which there is an abnormal high blood sugar level for a prolonged period of time. Diabetes can be due to either the pancreas aren't producing enough insulin or the cells in the body is not responding properly to the insulin that was produced. Pre-diabetes symptoms:

     - Severe thirst
     - Increased urination
     - Fast weight loss
     - Chronic fatigue
     - Vision problems
     - Increased appetite
     - Sores that heal very slowly or don't heal at all



     The following steps below are the short guides that will help you diagnose yourself in less than 1 minute with the help of your finger by holding them up.

Fiver Finger Test

1. Hold up your one finger in case you are a man and don't hold up any fingers if you are a woman.

2. Hold up your one finger in case you are older than forty, two fingers in case you are over fifty, three fingers if you are over sixty and none if you are younger than 40 years old.

3. Hold up your one finger if you think that you are not very physically active in your daily routine and none if you think that you get enough exercise.
4. Hold up your one finger if in case someone in your family is dealing with diabetes and don't hold up any of your fingers in case any of them has such problems now or in the past.

5. Hold up one of your finger if you are dealing with hypertension and none if your blood pressure is stable and normal.

6. Hold up three of your fingers in case you are obese, two fingers in case you are overweight, one finger if you are just experiencing a little bit overweight and none in case you have normal body weight.

     If you hold all your five fingers, then there is good chance that you have pre-diabetes. Although this term does not necessarily mean, most of the experts believes that this is a simple good way to assess.
