RIGHT AND WRONG WAYS FOR COUPLE TO SLEEP TOGETHER (HAPPY SLEEP, HAPPY COUPLE)

RIGHT AND WRONG WAYS FOR COUPLE TO SLEEP TOGETHER (HAPPY SLEEP, HAPPY COUPLE)

"A couple that sleeps with the correct bedding position, maintains a healthy and happy lifestyle together."
Couple must have knowledge or guide on how to get a goodnight sleep without sacrificing comfort and serenity of a much needed sleep. This article will give you information that can boost both of your physical and emotional relationship. Your body and mind will function properly the whole day of you had a tranquil sleep. Lack of sleep has been linked obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc. So, I hope this article though basic still can be of help to you.

"Spoon" position is one of the most common sleep position for couples, but if not properly executed, it can cause discomfort and pain in the neck to both. If girls have long hair, it is advisable to tie or keep your hair away from your partner. I bet, both of you didn't want hair all over your face while resting. Guys, please make sure that you don't do the "almost-strangle-me" position as well. Always remember that cuddling should be comfortable to both of you and suppose to be look forward to.

Maybe one of you wants to sleep on the edge of the bed, let them. Try cradling her head on your chest but don't sneak up behind her… the most important thing is that both of you will be comfortable, not only you not only her. Remember that our concern is to make the relationship a happy one even while sleeping.

If you have babies that sleeps with you, try "donkey kong" position wherein the baby takes up the most upper space while you and your partner will be on horizontal position on the lower part of the bed. The "roundhouse kick" position can also be tried and i think safer because the baby will be in the middle of the bed while you and your partner takes up each side of the bed.

Now, if incase that you love to sleep with your pets as therapy or you simply feel safe if they sleep with you, try to place them next to your feet because most of the time if you will place them beside you, they will end up taking all the space. :)
