You only need Parsley and water, since parsley can help you to remove toxins, bacteria, and harmful substances that is found in your body. In addition to that, Parsley is a great antioxidant, that can neutralize the effects of bad radicals moving around your body. Since it can neutralize the bad radicals, it can reduce the risk of having diseases such as cancer.

Ingredients:

  • 5 Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Liter of Water
Directions:

  • Place the Water into the pot, and let it boil.
  • Once its boiling, add the Chopped Parsley, and let it boil for 5 more minutes.
  • Turn off the heat, and leave it for about 20 more minutes.
  • Strain and drink!

Optional:
