Do-It-Yourself Breakfast Meal that Can Burn Your Fats! Must Watch!

Breakfast is a meal that is eaten in the morning. It is normally the first meal of the day that is needed in order to make your body energetic for the day that is ahead of you. Some people believe that it is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast food varies widely, some prefers to eat cereal or grains, fruits, vegetables, protein foods while taking in some tea, coffee, milk and even juice.

If you skip breakfast you became disoriented and you're likely to have problems with your metabolism, weight and even cardiac health. Eating breakfast can increase your concentration with what you're doing, so basically you really need to eat breakfast.

According to some studies, breakfast also has an important key role in losing weight. Because normally food that is served for breakfast contains high Resistant Starch such as bananas, and oats. Resistant Starch signals the body to use fat as energy.

Here is a recipe that will surely make you burn fats for a breakfast meal! It is suitable and very nutritious for your body and will help you lose the weight that you don't want.


  • 1 Teaspoon of Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon of Oat Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ground Flax Seed
  • 300 ml Low Fat Yogurt
  • 5 to 7 Fleshy(Fat) Plums


  • In a pan, put the dried fleshy plums and put 100ml of water in it. Let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes and set aside to cool down.
  • In another container, mix the cocoa powder, oat flakes and the ground flax seed.
  • Add the Low Fat Yogurt in the dry ingredients and set it aside after you mixed it thoroughly.
  • Make a Puree with the plumps that you've boiled, and mix it to the yogurt mixture.
  • Mix everything well and keep it inside your fridge.
