Simple and Effective Way to Make your Lungs Nicotine Free! Check this out!

Smoking can lead to respiratory illness, such as lung cancer, and lung cancer is one of the top five causes of death in the Philippines. As you inhale the smoke from the cigarette, the smoke which contains nicotine will enter your lungs and eventually will kill you as time goes by.

Nicotine which is found in cigarettes is addictive, it acts as a stimulant and dozing yourself in high amounts of it can be very harmful. It's addictive nature includes psychoactive effects, and drug-reinforced behavior. Nicotine is also associated with the potential of birth defects and poisonings and also cancer. So basically every time you smoke you're kind of digging your own death grave.

Breathing is where our life starts, and if our lungs and our respiratory system is not maintained properly, it will probably cause our death.

A lot of people cannot get away from this bad vice because of the addictive substance in it, and if you tried to quit, there will be a withdrawal syndrome, in which a conditions where a person becomes ill. Some people even need to undergo a psychiatric session to get rid of the habit of smoking which will cost a bit.

Conditioning the mental state is really important, it won't be easy, but you can push yourself and make it a goal to endure everything. Though there are medicines out there which promises to clean the lungs which we aren't even sure if they're safe to take or if it has side effects.

  • 1 piece of ginger root
  • 2 teaspoons of turmeric
  • 1 liter of water
  • 14 ounces of garlic
  • 14 ounces of sugar (brown sugar is much recommended)
  • Prepare the ingredients
  • Grate the ginger root
  • Cut the garlic into quarters
  • In a pot, pour the water and boil
  • Add the sugar, garlic, grated ginger and turmeric
  • Stir the mixture well and boil
  • Remove the mixture from heat and cool it down to room temperature
  • Drink 2 tablespoons every morning before breakfast and before bedtime.
