Are Peanuts Healthy? or Unhealthy? MUST READ!!

A lot of people eat nuts because older people says that its beneficial to a persons health and it actually can make someone really smart, that's why some people eat too many peanuts even though it has a high fat content.
     It might be true that there's more fat in a peanut butter sandwich than in a McDonald's cheeseburger, peanut butter, my dear readers, is not really a dietary evil, since overall, the nutrients compounded in peanuts is really good, even the 'fat' as its mostly in the form of monounsaturated fat.

     Peanut is also a good provider of protein, vitamin E and also fiber, which is really good for our health, and there's a research about eating a portion of peanuts or peanut butter that concluded that it can help with reducing the risk of a person having heart diseases, type 2 diabetes and also gallbladder disease, and take note 'WITHOUT the RISK of GAINING WEIGHT.'

#1 Peanuts, is not nuts as it belongs to the legume family along with beans, lentils, and peas.

#2 Peanuts doesn't grow on trees, they grow under the ground.

#3 Peanuts, peanut oil, peanut butter are one of the good sources of heart-healthy unsaturated fats, and the 75% of the total fat content in it is unsaturated.

#4 Peanuts are 25% protein.

#5 Peanuts contains beneficial minerals such as copper, zinc, magnesium and selenium.

#6 Peanuts are natural sources of soluble and insoluble fiber.

#7 Peanuts and peanut butter are plant foods that's why it doesn't contain cholesterol.

#8 Peanuts have a very low glycemic index(14).
