Why You Can Have Stretch Marks Even If Your Not Pregnant?!!

   Having Stretch marks is pretty normal as a part of puberty for most girls and boys. When a person grows or gains weight really quickly, that person may get fine lines on the body called stretch marks.
     If you might have noticed some stretch marks on your body, then you're not alone. Most of the girls, and women out there have them, usually on their breasts, thighs, hips, and butt part. Many women get them during pregnancy, but they can also be gained by having a chubby or an obese type of body. Stretch marks is most common in girls, but (take note) boys can get them too.

Here are the causes of stretch marks:

  • From being pregnant.
  • From family history of having stretch marks.
  • For being obese.
  • Person who undergo in breast enlargement.
  • Enlargement of the body.
  • People who performs weightlifting.

Ways on how to heal the stretch marks:

  • Use alternative medicine such as rubbing cream, oil and lotion.

Ways on how to avoid having stretch marks:

  • Do a healthy lifestyle. Eat a healthy foods rich in vitamin A, C, and E.
  • Eat some nuts that contains omega 3, like almond and walnut.
  • Drink 2 liters of water and above everyday.
  • Massage the part of your body where the stretch marks are appearing.
