Asthma, as per wikipedia, is a common long term inflammatory disease of the airways of the lungs. Symptoms includes wheezing, coughing, chest tightness and shortness of breath. Asthma is thought to be a combination of genetic and environmental factors. According to American College of Asthma, Immunology and Allergy, there are approximately 26 million people, adult and children combine that are suffering for asthma in the US alone.

This article that I will be providing you will give you the idea on what and how herbal plants should be prepared. Also, the herbs in this article are so easy to find that you don't need to go somewhere else. I'm sure you have this inside your kitchen or in to your garden or backyard.

1. GINGKO BILOBA - The fruit of gingko biloba is macerated (soften) in vegetable oil for 100 days then pulp is used for treatment of asthma.

2. TURMERIC - Boil 1 teaspoon of turmeric with 1 cup of milk, let it cool down and drink at least twice a day.

3. OREGANO - Submerge oregano leaves in a one cup of hot water and leave it for 5-10 minutes then strain. During attacks drink three times a day. Or you can do oregano juice wherein you need to mash the leaves of oregano in a warm water and drink three times a day as well. You can put honey to tame the bitter taste.

4.GARLIC - Boil milk with 3 cloves of garlic or with apple cider vinegar with honey, whichever you prefer then drink it before breakfast.
