Beware of These Fishes That are Unsafe to Eat! Must See!

     A lot of people believed that eating Seafood is healthy for your body, however not all of these sea creatures are friendly to the body. Seafood is packed with a lot of nutrients and mono-saturated fats, but they also carry some side effects in the body especially with pregnant women.
     Pregnant women should be aware that there are some types of fish that contains mercury which can hurt the fetus's neurological development. You should avoid eating food that contains mercury, especially if you're pregnant.
