Here are 6 Natural Remedies That Can Remove Stretch Marks!

     Stretch marks are a pain especially for chubby women and also those who went through pregnancy. Stretch marks are narrow and long stripes that normally develops on the skin because it gets stretched, and these marks are normally noticed by a lot of people because its in a different color. Sometimes it's in a lighter color and sometimes darker hue in color of the surrounding skin.

     These stretch marks are normally found in the abdominal wall, but they can also appear over the thighs, upper arms, buttocks, and even the breast area. These marks are normally caused by the rapid weight loss or weight gain, excessive workouts, hormonal changes, and pregnancy. To get rid of these stretch marks, here are 6 natural remedies that can help in treating them!

1. Potato Juice/Extract

     Potatoes are rich with minerals and vitamins such as Vitamin B, and Vitamin C, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, and Phosphorus. These minerals and vitamins can stimulate the growth of skin cells.

     All you need to do is to cut a potato into thicker slices, then rub them on the marks slowly and gently for 15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.

2. Egg Whites + Olive Oil

     Egg whites is rich in Vitamin A, Collagen, and 40 different proteins that can do a lot of wonders on your skin.

     All you need to do is to whip 2 egg whites and apply them on the marks for half an hour to an hour, then rinse them with lukewarm water and pat them dry. Apply some olive oil in the marks and repeat this every other day, but if you want you can do this everyday!

3. Lemon Juice/Extract

     Lemon is known for its natural bleaching properties and its also good for your stretch marks because it can remove dead skin cells from your skin and also your stretch marks.

     All you need to do is to slice a lemon then rub it in the marks then let it sit for 20 minutes. Rinse it with lukewarm water. Do this at least once a day for a whole month.

4. Raw Sugar + Almond Oil + Lemon Juice/Extract

     Raw sugar is great in exfoliation and can also reduce the appearance of the stretch marks in your skin.

     All you need to do is to mix a tablespoon of sugar, small amount of almond oil, and a few drops of lemon juice then apply it to your stretch marks. Rub it gently while doing circular motions for 15 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water.

5. Olive Oil

     Olive oil contains essential nutrients as well as antioxidant properties that can clean a lot of skin problems which includes stretch marks.

     All you need to do is to warm up a bit of olive oil then massage it into the stretch marks to help in improving the blood circulation in the area of the skin and to also help in reducing the appearance of the marks. Let it sit for an hour and use lukewarm water to rinse.

6. Aloe Vera Gel

     Fresh aloe vera gel can heal the marks in the skin and can restore its elasticity which is one of the main causes of stretch marks.

     All you need to do is to use the fresh aloe gel and apply it directly on your marks while massaging it in circular motion for 15 minutes, and let it sit for half an hour then rinse with warm water. Do this every other day for a whole month for better results.
