Festive Season has just ended and we all need to start eating healthy and practice a healthy lifestyle for 2017. Admit it or not, we forgot the word "diet" the past months because of all the foods readily available during this season. And due to the cold weather, we tend to spend more time in bed or we get too lazy to exercise thus, we don't perspire that much. This season also serves as bonding time with the family because most of the family members are enjoying their vacations or office leaves. So what else to do but eat non stop. By luck, I came across this recipe and I will be sharing it with you. This will help you lose a few inches in your belly area. It's better to start shedding those extra inches in your tummy as early as now so that there will be no "cramming" to get that beach body we all dreamt of ready for summer. And if we need to do some changes with the way we eat, our body needs a little time to get used to that changes. Like if we want to have this during breakfast, snacks or dinner, we should do it slowly.

Ingredients :

2 tablespoons of honey little nutmeg
2 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons butter almond or coconut oil
2 frozen bananas
500 ml almond milk

Just combine all the ingredients in a blender, pour in a glass and enjoy. Try to consume this drink before it changes it color because of the banana.
