4 Drinks That Can Help You Reduce Your Fats & Increase Your Metabolism!

     Who wouldn't love to reduce their fats while increasing their metabolism so that the food that they eat will be digested well? Surely you would like that, right? The drinks below will surely help to boost up your metabolism because of the ingredients that will be used on them.

Drink #1: Grapefruit & Rosemary Tea

  • In a clean glass, add 2 teaspoon of Rosemary Tea Leaves.
  • Add in enough boiling water in the glass and let it sit for 5 Minutes.
  • Remove the Rosemary Tea Leaves then add 1/2 Squeezed Grapefruit Juice.
  • Add another 1/2 Grapefruit, but this time it is sliced. 
  • Stir well and enjoy your drink.

Drink #2 Ginger & Green Tea
  • In a clean glass, add 2 Teaspoon of Green Tea Leaves.
  • Add in enough boiling water in the glass and let it sit for 5 Minutes.
  • Remove the Green Tea Leaves and add 1 Tablespoon of Grated Ginger.
  • Add 1 Tablespoon of Honey to taste.
  • Stir well and enjoy your drink.
Drink #3 Ginger, Cucumber, & Honey Drink
  • In a clean glass, add 1 Slice of Ginger.
  • Add in enough boiling water in the glass and let it sit for 5 Minutes.
  • Add 1 Tablespoon of Honey to taste and 1/2 Sliced Cucumber.
  • Stir well and enjoy your drink.
Drink #4 Ginger, Lemon, & Honey Drink
  • In a clean glass, add 1 Tablespoon of Grated Ginger.
  • Add in enough boiling water in the glass and let it sit for 5 Minutes.
  • Add 1 Tablespoon of Honey to taste and 1 Sliced Lemon.
  • Stir well and enjoy your drink.
