  • 5-7 Pieces of Plums
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon of Oats
  • 1 Teaspoon of Linseed
  • 300 mL of Kefir (or Low Fat Yogurt)


  • Boil 100 mL water and put the plums in it.
  • Let it boil for a few minutes then remove it from the fire.
  • Set aside for 10 more minutes.
  • In a clean bowl, mix the linseed, oats, cocoa, and kefir and mix well.
  • Remove the plum from the water and slice them in little pieces then add it to the bowl.
  • Mix everything again and place it in the refrigerator.
  • Consume the following morning.
